The 2025 Dog Grotto tickets are now on sale

Terms and Conditions

1. This is purely a visit for a dog not children. 
2. Any extra dogs will need to be added to the booking.
3. Max 3 dogs. 2 humans (At least one person 18+)
4. Professional photos will be taken and available to purchase at an extra cost, but you’re welcome to take your own.
5. Each dog will receive a present from Santa.
6. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
7. Please note this does not include the woodland walk. (As dogs are not permitted in the Walk) 
8. Tickets are non refundable.
9. Tickets can be changed but there will be a £12 charge.
10. Please try to take your dog to be toileted before arriving to see Santa!
